I was asked to consult on this Christian Science Reading Room. Once I was finished, the atmosphere in the room was noticeably different. The energy flows seamlessly through the room, now unencumbered by obstacles that once hindered its vibrancy. The space exudes a sense of tranquility and openness, drawing people in with its newfound warmth.
The Christian Science Reading Room, once facing declining numbers, has now experienced a resurgence in attendance and community engagement. Families, including more children, are drawn to the space, where the positive atmosphere encourages exploration and connection.
The successful fusion of Feng Shui and energy work has breathed new life into the space, making it a place of inspiration, learning, and spiritual nourishment. It stands as a testament to the transformative power of intentional design and energy alignment.

The transformation of this bedroom began by painting the walls, instantly infusing the space with a renewed sense of warmth and vibrancy. The choice of colors played a pivotal role in setting the tone, creating an atmosphere that exudes coziness and comfort. The new bed treatment elevates the overall aesthetic, a haven of tranquility.
Flanking the bed are a pair of custom nightstands, adding a touch of sophistication and practicality to the room. Their presence balances the room, creating a harmonious symmetry that enhances the overall visual impact.
The carefully curated lighting adds both style and functionality, allowing for the perfect balance between aesthetics and practicality. Just a few positive changes turned this bedroom into a haven of relaxation and style.

In the initial state of this bedroom, the arrangement seemed to lack a sense of harmony and balance. The bed was positioned against the same wall as the doorway, creating a somewhat cramped and uncomfortable feel. The room appeared to be out of sync, with an imbalance that affected both its aesthetics and functionality. The placement of the bed in such proximity to the entrance not only obstructed the visual flow but also compromised the overall comfort of the space. Despite the presence of a dresser, the room`s potential for tranquility and openness remained unrealized.
This once-disjointed bedroom transformed into a haven of serenity. The bed has been thoughtfully relocated to a more strategic position, creating a welcoming and open atmosphere as soon as you enter the room. The redesigned layout imparts a sense of spaciousness, making the room feel significantly larger and more inviting. A careful energy balance has been achieved, resulting in a more organized and agreeable ambiance. The client`s childhood artwork, now showcased with pride, adds a personal and sentimental touch to the space. The dresser, once overshadowed, now occupies a purposeful spot across from the bed, contributing to a harmonious and well-coordinated design. This after photo captures the essence of a truly positive transformation, where comfort, balance, and personal expression seamlessly converge to create a bedroom oasis.

When my client moved into her new space, there was a desire for a balanced and harmonious look in the bedroom. Since she didn`t initially have a pair of nightstands, I decided to get creative and make the best use of what she already had. Fortunately, she had a set of tall cabinets that were not only a matching pair but also perfectly suited for the purpose.
By repurposing these cabinets as nightstands, we not only achieved symmetry and balance but also made the most of her existing furniture. The result is not only aesthetically pleasing but also practical, as the cabinets offer ample storage and functionality. It`s a testament to how a touch of creativity and resourcefulness can turn a challenge into a beautiful and functional solution in a new living space.

My client had the long side of her table pushed up against the wall which made two of the chairs unusable. I shifted the table and instead had the shorter side against the wall which allowed for more seating space and all the chairs could serve their purpose.
Before the change, my client and their family rarely dined at the table due to the cramped setup. However, after the transformation, they enjoyed a delightful dinner there the very night I worked on their space. This shift demonstrates how small, thoughtful changes in the arrangement of a room can have a big impact, fostering a more inviting and functional dining experience for my client and their loved ones.

The room has undergone a delightful transformation. The dining room table has found new life as a desk, creating a versatile and charming workspace. Above it, a round mirror from the bedroom now graces the wall, adding a touch of elegance and expanding the room`s visual depth. *Feng Shui Tip: When you sit at a desk facing a wall, you come up against obstacles. Placing a mirror on the wall provides greater creativity and depth of vision, as well as knowing what is going on behind your back.
The sofa is now a picture of organization and comfort, with the pillows neatly arranged, inviting anyone to sit and relax. A piece of artwork has been thoughtfully repositioned, now closer to the sofa and mounted at just the right height, becoming a welcoming focal point.
The rug has been gently adjusted underneath the sofa, lending a cozier and more inviting feel to the space. Gone are the three plants cluttering the window area; they have found new homes, allowing the natural light to flood the room.
To brighten and lift the room further, a few books now stand beneath the lamp, illuminating the space and offering a touch of intellectual charm.
In the outdoor area, it was suggested to install tile over the cold cement patio, to warm it up and make it a more inviting space for relaxation and entertainment. Along the fence, the idea of planting climbing plants promises to soften the look and create a visually pleasing backdrop.
Finally, the once-cluttered coffee table has been skillfully organized, making the room feel warm and inviting. This transformation has turned this space into a harmonious, functional, and aesthetically pleasing haven.

I thoughtfully repositioned my client`s dining table, liberating it from its confinement against the wall, to instill a sense of flow and movement throughout the room. While there are situations where placing a table snugly against the wall is appropriate, in this particular scenario, it simply wasn`t needed.
The dining room table carries a deep symbolism of nourishment and togetherness, and placing it in a more central, open position brings both practicality and tranquility to the room. It`s as if the space has taken a sigh of relief, now ready to embrace art and beauty.
With this strategic change, the room is now a canvas waiting to be adorned with artwork, and the table is a stage set for something beautiful, enhancing the room`s aesthetic charm and functionality. It`s a lovely example of how thoughtful design decisions can create a harmonious and inviting living space.

My client`s living room felt stuck and so was her life. She experienced no forward movement for three years. I made only a few minor adjustments to her space which resulted in a large impact. I turned the green chair inward so that it was included in the grouping, I moved the ottoman to create a flow of energy in the room, and I placed a photo of my client on the wall above the sofa.
I angled my client`s awards next to the TV so that they are now the focus of that corner of the room. By doing this and removing the small piece of art, I calmed the area. I removed one award and placed it on her coffee table. Now her awards can be visible and rotated on the coffee table so that she can enjoy the fruits of her labor.
*Feng Shui Tip: For a more harmonious and balanced living room, consider arranging your furniture to flank or face the sofa rather than solely focusing on the TV. In this way, the people in the room become the true focal point, fostering a more inviting and social atmosphere. Feng Shui principles emphasize the importance of human connection and well-being in our living spaces, and this adjustment can help create a more welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone in the room.

The before photo was taken in the afternoon and the after was at night once my work had been completed. The first thing I did was move the carpet out of the room and exchange the coffee table for the ottomans. I turned the lonely chair from the living room around to complete the grouping in the den. I switched the tall plant with the flowers. The coffee table was much too close creating a heaviness and no airflow. Now the coffee table is in the living room. Just a tip, coffee tables should be 15-18 inches away from the sofa to allow for easy access in and out. I like to have carpets under the front legs of any sofa or chair. The lucite art piece was flush against the wall of the den which contributed to the room feeling flat. Now it can be enjoyed from multiple rooms.
